We've known we have a resident Wren in the garden for a number of years, we frequently see her staying very close to the fence and keeping away from open spaces. This morning I was very surprised to see her more out in the open, flitting around at the front of the border in the back garden, flying between the bird baths, the lights, stakes and she even sat next to the bronze wren that we have on a garden fork (the piece of art we purchased a year or so ago) but she just didn't stay still long enough for me to capture her, even with my bridge camera and then she flew to the flower trough on the garage wall ...................
Thanks for dropping in and taking time out to view my offerings.
The little Jenny wren - my favourite little garden bird - I have also have a resident in my garden - I seldom see her especially still enough to capture on camera but often hear her high pitch piercing voice -- Lovely shot ! fav
