Well, i find the guy very very inspirational. Whether he hadvreceived any money for that song is of marginal importance, i dare say. But he has used his power and creativity with the purpose of helping others. He helped raise the money for a cause. Where the money has gone, i am not sure it is within his control. But we can leave that to karma to sort things out.
And back to the song, it is a powerful message. It's too bad that people 'remember' being kind only on this occasion. If it made people kinder all year long, i'd declare christmas for 365 days and wear a reindeer sweater.
Until then, Bah! Humbug!

@monikozi I think you're right, it may be a starburst, exif details not visible to see if small aperture ( lightroomed?!) But getting effect is addictive, however the technique!

Hi @30pics4jackiesdiamond It’s not ICM (I don’t get that at all) it’s a starburst effect on the phone, somehow. Uploaded straight from phone to the site, no editing in anything. Don’t think exif is part of iPhone photos, not looked. It was a quick snap at end of day, after Carole had finished decorating it, before a quick bite to eat and a 158 mile drive in Storm Barra to Cheltenham.

@monikozi I hope it made a difference, the song and the concert later in 1985. I agree, we can do so so much but we can’t provide water in Africa. World is out of balance.
