I feel like that is.my job lately...a balancing act. I'm trying to increase morale, encourage teamwork, and all well maintaining compliance and managing situations. This photo was taken as a team building event with another department. It is a high ropes course. I'm afraid of heights so the mere fact that I got up that high and at least moved between a couple platforms is a miracle in itself. Looking back on it, I'm proud of myself for doing it and even think more departments at work would benefit from this type of exercise. We had to rely on each other to complete the course.
