Quirky bike and riders at the Art Fair

We made it to the Bellevue Art Museum Fair today. Amazing artists featured within one event! But the first thing that got my attention was this fun couple riding around on this bike. Onlookers just did not know what to think about it. But it looked like the riders were having fun! Just had to capture what I can.

@valpak what was totally quirky was how the lady was somehow directing either the biker or the confused people around :-)
