I can't get away from all the spiders right now. So I used my photos today to get the interest of my family and friends with my photography projects. I gave them 2 pictures to choose from. Instead of a consensus, they challenged me back with combining what they liked about both photos. Good thing I took several shots of the same spiderweb this morning. I still do not have much post-processing capabilties beyond iPhoto so I have to rely on what I was able to capture. This one combined my sisters' love of the green grassy background with the close-up details of the spiderweb that my friends preferred. Please view large if you can.
@savannah51@annied thanks! I can usually get a better focus on the web when it is wet. But the sunlight this morning made it easier for me to capture this one. Just a bit tricky to focus when the dog is pulling on her leash to get going with her walk - I'm always multi-tasking :-)
Lovely web! I have to be honest I ran a mile yesterday when I moved something and disturbed a rather large spider - the ones I find don't seem to have webs! Great capture.
@digitalrn@nesspix@sbolden@firefly225 thanks! Sam, i will be startled by big ones, too! My boys do not like spiders at all. It is usually my husband or myself who have to get spiders out when they get trapped in bathtubs in our house.
