Keep it up you will get there!! I walk each evening, only round the block because I can’t do more but it has become a habit , I have done it since June and although it’s a pain sometimes I know it’s doing me good like the 30 min swim I take everyday of the week. I’ve been doing that for 18 years and have swam well over 2,000 miles since I started. It just becomes habit and it keeps the doctors and specialists off my back!!!
Please do keep up your daily (?) walks. In addition to the beneficial exercise, people will see you and know that you’re OK. Would they know otherwise if they didn’t see you regularly?

@digitalrn Thank Rick. Happy New Year. @mej2011 Thank you Melissa. @thewatersphotos I decided to take the day off today after a trip to the Chiropractor. Back at it tomorrow. Thanks for encouraging me. @jamibann Yes. Perhaps it will imprint it better in my brain. Thanks Issi. @tunia I don't believe that. I've done things for 30 days straight before and they haven't become a habit. I think if one really doesn't care for something it's always a struggle. Thanks for the encouragement, Tunia. @craftymeg Goodness. I need to take this advice to heart. Thank you for the encouragement. @s4sayer Do you mean I'm OK as in I'm alive and kickin' or I'm OK as in I'm an alright person. Just kidding Margo. Appreciate the encouragement. @hajeka That's what I hear. Thanks for encouraging me. @overalvandaan Thank you for the kind words and the encouragement Saxa. @pyrrhula I always feel good when I quit. Thanks Ferry.
Well done - keep to it. I have a 45mins dog walk twice a day (not always keen canine or me when the weather is bad - but has to be done) and definitely feel the benefit.
