This little statue has been shown here before but I tried to use it for the Get-Pushed challenge of backlighting. Unfortunately it required quite a bit of post-processing to make the face visible, otherwise I would have used it for the challenge.
The artist crafted it of various pieces of metal, including nuts and bolts.
And btw, I finished my 7th year on 365 about a week ago, so am counting October as the first month of my 8th year.

Although I started in July I have taken a month off here and there so count the first of October as my beginning year too but mine is 10 years! Congratulations Kathy!
7 years wow! Great Nuts & Boots nurse. I was a Nurse for 40 years, now retired so really love this. I am sure that at the end I had a few nuts and bolts missing now I know where they are.

I remember this statue- it's a clever take on nursing- especially from my perspective since now both knees contain nuts and bolts! Congrats on completing 7 years on 365!
