Get-Pushed Challenge 468
My partner this week wrote "For your challenge, Do something creative with the crisp shadows of the summer sun. For example: Have a shadow interact with an object." The challenges for me was to get a day when the sun was bright enough to allow for a good shadow and to decided on a subject for the photos. Here I have two similar photos, this one having one of the objects actually in the photo.
@lynbonn I hope this photo or the other one meet the challenge as you set it up. I'm feeling a bit dense in the head and had a lot of trouble with myself coming up with an appropriate subject. This one had one of the objects actually in view in the photo similar to the example you gave me. Thanks for the push. That's what these challenges are all about, aren't they?
What I prefer about this one is how sharp the edge is on the shadow. But the door, deck and door knob are a little distracting. However, I think you did meet the challenge as you described it and in the end it's your artistic license to shoot it as you see fit!
