The '97 caddy was towed off to the donation auction block today after 17 years of service to our family. Driven by three generations, Grandma, mom and daughter, it was quite the vehicle in its heyday. About a block long, nicknamed "The Yacht. " Had a powerful V-8 that was pretty fantastic in the fast lane of the freeway. Yes it was a gas guzzler but safe and strong as a tank. Perhaps someone will restore it to its former glory. In the meantime, the proceeds will go to our favorite charity.
