Another family’s toy train tradition

Today we had lunch with one of Clare’s aunts; I was taken by this train under her table-top tree. I’m guessing the train was hand-made by a family member. My top-two guesses would be Grandpa and Uncle Joe, but I must find out! Mom: can you check with Aunt Carol?
