Not just a bag of water over a door… [Filler]

This is my first-ever real "filler," a photo not taken today. This is about the sixth "no-photo day" but this is part of the reason lately: physical therapy. This is a traction machine. The black cradle at the bottom goes below the skull behind the ears and the strap goes across the forehead. The machine then pulls the cable for designated times at designated weights. I usually feel relatively pain-free after a treatment, but instead of this "skulling," I'd rather be sculling…
