Limoncello [Filler] by rhoing

Limoncello [Filler]

Had to post this after posting the cocktail image for two days ago as this is one of my favorite things to do with my precision cooker/immersion circulator (i.e., “cooking ‘sous vide’”). Online recipes call for steeping the lemon peels in the vodka for several days to several weeks at room temperature. The sous vide technique produces a delicious result in two hours at 135ºF (57ºC).
Number of ingredients = 4; so simple.
