Pileated Woodpecker Going At It!

Saw the shadow of this lady from inside the house, so had to go grab the camera and change the lens. And she actually stayed that long. She was really busy pecking on that tree.

Nice shot. We saw one last month and nearly tripped over it in the park, but it flew off very quickly. They can be a little elusive!
