This is Spitfire PL983 ‘L’ also known as the NHS Spitfire on display at Duxford today. Some may remember this flying over hospitals in the country during the pandemic to raise funds for the NHS. I managed to capture it over Leicester Royal Infirmary and Melton Hospital on the same day so it was nice to see it up close.
