Mask and outfit worn by Tom Cruise in the movie. Other featured masks from the movie were at the Stanley Kubrick Exhibit previously shown in Rome, Amsterdam, Melbourne, and Los Angeles which finally made its way to Toronto in 2014.
The exhibit seems to be touring the world.

Eyes Wide Shut is a 1999 erotic mystery psychological drama film directed, produced, and co-written by Stanley Kubrick. Kubrick died six days after showing the final cut of the movie to Warner Bros., making it the final film he directed.
