A strange bird

This bird was sitting in a tree high up in our garden and was making an alarm call (clicking). Does anyone recognise it?

@laynesgram @kbuehl Thanks - I haven't edited any of my photos and I wish I had zoomed in on this one and cropped it so that you could see it to its full advantage. It was only when I zoomed in that I realised what it was - I've yet to learn how to use the new software that came with my camera!

Yes, mistle thrush; alarm sounds like a football rattle!
