Flooded Embankment

I popped into Bedford today and stopped along the Embankment to take a few pics of the floods there. The river and boating lake are all one at the moment and the ducks and seagulls are really enjoying themselves. A lot of the fields and footpaths are totally no go areas but we are lucky that it's not as bad as some people are having

@caddick Funny you should say that because we've just put our hose away! If anybody decides next year that we have a hosepipe ban I'll have to show them this pic to remind them that we've got plenty of water!
