This is actually one from yesterday but I like it so I won't apologise! I have taken loads of pics today as usual and I walked all the way along Wood Lane right along by Sheerhatch Wood. I was surprised that I had only walked 3.5 miles so far but I expect by the time I go to bed, it will be nearer 4.5. It's amazing how far you walk just getting the dinner, watering the greenhouse, feeding the birds, etc. I lost my pedometer that I had only bought about 6 weeks earlier so had to buy another. The price had gone up as well so I was a bit annoyed with myself. Anyway, I now put it in my pocket rather than clip it onto any part of my clothing. It is always interesting to see how far I have walked and I suppose I average about 30+ miles per week which is good to know. I'm trying to stave off dementia (!!!!), cancer, heart disease and strokes and keep myself fit
