I took this after a walk down the river in Bedford this afternoon. It's been a beautiful day with wall to wall sunshine for a change. Doesn't it make everyone feel better to see the sun? It certainly does me! I've had a really busy day again at work because when I went to see one of my 90 year old clients, she had had a fall and both her knees were bandaged up so she asked me if I would go to M&S and get a cooked chicken. I had to fit that in after I had been to see another client in another village and after I had grabbed myself some lunch. I am in the process of trying to get her a grant for a fridge as hers is broken and doesn't work and of course we are now in for a hot spell so she will need it
