Hollyhocks

Firstly I am amazed at the wonderful response to my baby long tailed tit pics from yesterday. Thank you so much.

Today, rather than birds I am posting this hollyhock shot as I just liked the soft colour and I have been helping Steve with trimming the ivy on our house as it gets out of control and damages the tiles if we don't curb it. Not much time for taking pics but this was a hollyhock I grew from seed a couple of years ago and it's planted outside the conservatory. We don't seem to have a lot of luck with hollyhocks for some reason but this one has survived.
