This is a filler as I have been to a spa today with my friend and colleague Wendy. I just couldn't believe that I would enter an outdoor swimming pool in November but it was so lovely and warm and the bubbles were invigorating. I then went into the sauna and could have drifted off to sleep. Lunch was great and I had a nice lady use an exfoliating scrub on my arms and hands followed by some lovely moisturiser and my arms feel like velvet. I was sorely tempted to buy some of the products but maybe another day. They were however, quite realistically priced which makes a change. Tomorrow I am meeting friends for lunch so it's a busy week relaxing!!!
