I didn't spend long at the brook this morning as I knew it was going to rain and I just got back in time. However, while I was there I got lots of pics of Mr K and saw what I thought might have been the youngster trying to land on a reed opposite the favourite perch.
Anyway, while I sat there I saw a vole, a small flock of long tailed tits and wrens in the tree I was sitting under. Also I listened to a song thrush and blackbird singing their hearts out. It was lovely.

wow totally amazing shots, I would of loved to be sat along side you, one of my fav birds, I have not seen or captured a kingfisher as of yet, here is hoping one day! your pics are a total inspiration to me, makes me realise what I could capture one day......
@lovingandsharing Thank you. When I started 365 I would never have believed that I could get shots like this but perseverance and looking at exif info has taught me a lot
