I am so frustrated as I have 2 laptops neither of which work! My usual one will not do anything and I think it’s due to me downloading Trusteer Endpoint Protection from the Santander website as it was fine before I did this. The other laptop was working with problems and I tried to do system restore and realised that one had problems after downloading the same program so I thought that I would restore it to a previous time but it won’t work. Grrrrrrrr. Now I am having to use my iPad but I can’t do anything with photos on this like add my name so I have been absent for a few days. I am going to have to take the laptops to someone to get them fixed. Having spent so much repairing my car I could do without it
