We woke up to a skating rink in our garden and now to cap it all we have snow! The poor little birds need our help more than ever so I put out extra food for them. I'm so glad that I'm not a bird but I do feel for people who are sleeping rough. There is a sleeping bag underneath an arch in Biggleswade and I cannot help wondering how that poor person is with all this cold and there are many more like them. What a sad time. I have some thermal vests that are short sleeved and on the small side and I would dearly love to donate them to someone who may be homeless but I don't know how I can do this while we have lockdown. They must be suffering far more than us.
