A pile of leaves

I keep sweeping the leaves away from the front door but they keep being blown back. I haven't had time to pick them up yet and more keep falling by the minute. They do look nice but they are now getting wet and soggy and keep treading/blowing in the front and back doors

@busylady Trouble is there are so many leaves that if we didn't gather them up each week, we would be knee deep and it does ruin the lawn if you don't do anything about them

Story of my life. When we built our house the planning authority in their wisdom decreed that we couldn't build a house with a doorstep with the result that every time I open the fromt door the leaves blow straight indoors. Don't you just love people telling you what to do?
