This is mummy blue tit who landed on the telephone wire before flying straight into the round hole of the nest box which nestles in the ivy. I am amazed at how accurate they are when flying in as they swoop in so quickly but never seem to touch the sides of the hole! It is wonderful watching them so busy all day feeding their young. This is probably not one of my best pics of a blue tit but they are so fast and just don't hang around! However, she does have a beak full of food which you can see when viewed large
