Pigeon

From the RSPB bird book, I think this is a Town Pigeon which would explain why I saw him in the town. I thought because of the green on his neck he might be a stock dove but think it's more likely to be a town pigeon. Also his head looks bigger than a stock dove which is smaller

More like a Rock Dove/Fera pigeon as the Feral pigeon is a desendence of the Rock Dove. Nice shot by the way. Stock Dove look more like Woodpigeons to me.
