After the birds had emptied the coconut shell, I decided to make my own refill. I melted some fat left over from the roast, added seeds and mealworms and the birds are really enjoying it. Nothing goes to waste in our house!
What a great idea. I have some left over gourds that will bake great suet holders. I don't think that I could catch them partaking as well as you do though.
