It was good to use my old 70-300mm lens and makes me appreciate my 300 prime which is a much better lens.

Great capture. Which 300 prime do you use. Is it the f-4 or the f2.8. Still been looking for a different lens, but just haven't made up my mind which one.

@rickster549 It's the F4 and it is so much lighter than carrying my 80-400 and less bulky. It's a lovely lens and works well with either 1.4 or 2x extender
