My final day capturing the last few images to archive of a precious collection of early engraving work used prior to the invention of the camera. For stamps, family portraits and notes. Until that time the skill was artist impressions etc etc.
A wonderful collection and story but that dresser, oooppps was intentional to see it up close and late in posting had to share.
@fr1da The pleasure to work with a master as my client prepared their Chalon collection for sale upon their deaths. A collection that provides evidence of the shift into film. Yes very fine detail. I do wish I could have sneaked more than this image.
