I realised I may never see these old huts again and found the time to relax as I walked around with a cuppa to check out the huts.
And then as I headed off there were several tracks in and I used them all without reading the sign or understanding it. I am saying I was exploring not lost or disorientated I just had my pack on as I did it!
As I reflect these huts in poor weather were a godsend and I could have slept in the woodshed if necessary. How far I have come on the walk.
