Reaching the 3rd floor of the Fortifications Interpretation Centre one finds the library which is still empty waiting for literature to arrive from other sources and there was also the temporary exhibition of the original plans by Laparelli for the building of a new city on Mount Sceberras which later became Valletta. From here one could go out onto St Andrew’s Bastion where one could see magnificent views of Marsamxett Harbour and Sliema.

Many thanks for looking and for your lovely comments on yesterday's picture.
