A final collection of shots from the site of the Roman house, just outside of Mdina. These are other pieces of sophisticated mosaic patterns of the floors exhibited at the museum. Some of them are under glass, hence the slight blurs/reflections.
These tiles floors are something that I just marvel at when I see them...they are so intricate, we have tile cutters and other special tools to do tile work now but we do not do the work and the beauty like they use to do. Good post.
