Temperature yesterday (and today too) was 36C with heat index reaching 42C. I had to miss my swim because Christine had an appointment with the hairdresser and she feels uncomfortable driving through the heavy traffic she meets on the way. So I took Max ( my grandson) and my camera and went to L-Isla ( also known as Senglea after Grand Master Claude de La Sengle) to spend the time there until it was time to pick Christine up. Took some pictures which I will show after the Jeff and Nick story.
