Last picture from Max and my walk of the day in the region of Mnajdra Temples. And we finally got to Għar Lapsi. I saw a few cars parked there and the pathway to the beach was narrow and a few children were playing in a small playing field with swings and slides. I had a dilemma whether to go down that path or not as I didn’t want to risk myself or Max getting too close to other unknown individuals because of Covid19 – numbers of infected persons are high here and they never seem to go down. So I decided to have a short walk on a dirt road to take a few shots of Għar Lapsi. Max preferred to stay in the car and wait for me, on condition that he keeps the windows closed.
So this is Għar Lapsi, translated in English it would be Pentecost Cave – how it got that name I have no idea but the area takes the same name. You may see the cave at the far right of the picture. Part of Filfla is on the left. It is a popular bathing spot for bathers on this side of the Island, particularly those living in the village of Siġġiewi.

Love places like this. A beautiful view and capture of it. Fav.
(At Feyenoord too. I get panic attacks when I see such crowds. Especially if I were there.)
