Back to our Athens holiday -- fIfth day on 17th February, 2023.
The place in this picture is the metro station in Piraeus, Greece. We spent a lovely easy day in this port town which also has its own beauty. I liked this shot. The floor tiles were shiny clean and reflected the lights of the hall.
About yesterday' picture, in case some of you may have misunderstood what I wanted to say about the street name. The street is named after St George's Basilica. By coincidence my name initial is S for Spiridione like the S of strada (street) and my surname is Giorgio, the Italian version of George. The street is named after Saint George and not after me.
