Loving the lavender in the garden and this morning I cut some to dry indoors. And some sweet peas from my neighbour Alison .....they had just opened and as she is going on holiday she brought them for me to enjoy!!! Kindness adds so much to life.
Three good things
1. A gentle sunny day at home, friend for coffee and chat with Jonathan still around!
2. Time to choose what to do.....
3. Neighbours and friends make all the difference in the world.
@busylady I have some bare patches and some very succcessful ones but not sure why! I think the more radically I prune some bits the better they flower but I hate being a 'radical pruner'!!!! There was a lovely lavender border at Pitmedden yesterday so I'm going to see if I can create that in part of our garden.......will let you know how it goes!
