Today we had Inset Day.....workshops for teachers in different places and I was sharing one with my study buddy from last session's uni course in Autism. Happy to say it went well and the school staff who came from different places all seemed to feel it was good to listen to classroom practitioners rather than experts!! We did have lots of stories to illustrate our different points and 'entertain' at times.
Tea and coffee were provided but there weren't any biscuits so I'm glad I took some chocolates (in the stripey green bag!) which went down very well.
Three good things
1. A great study buddy - we enjoy doing things together!
2. A wet day......sunny Inset Days everyone would rather be out of doors!!
3. Left over chocolates.............I haven't eaten them all!!!
