some time ago I heard about a baby who had a bad chest cold and the health visitor suggested rubbing some of this in his feet!!
Well I'd tried it before ....and at 4am this morning I remembered it and tried it again!
When I woke several hours later I felt so much better! It's amazing!!
This is not an advert! Just interesting!
Three good things
1. A positive trip to the dentist..........well except for the bill!! but I think smiles are worth a lot!
2. Feeling so much better thankfully as I hate going to mum and dad's if I have something like a cold to share!!
3. Rather enjoying watching 'The West Wing' DVDs which David and Jenn gave me for Christmas ................to relax and to less for work!!
Still a LONG way to go!
My most comforting smell is Vicks, just so reminds me of my mum rubbing my chest when I was little.....a long time ago! Never tried it on the feet though, must remember that!
Vicks works wonders. They used to make a Vicks Vapo Cream, but for some reason they stopped making it. it helps to open up the nasal congestion and allows you to sleep soundly.
