We've spent a couple of days in Inverness where the 2014 Royal National Mod has been happening!
Lots of amazing musical (and other) talent and the glorious autumn colours and sunshine added their own wonder.
Allan sings with the Aberdeen Gaelic Choir and they were very happy with their singing performance and feedback. They work really hard to prepare for this time of competition and challenge but also enjoy the singing experiences and sound fantastic when they have practised together, lovely combinations of sound that go round and round my head when I've been in their company.
Three good things
1. Music, traditions and languages to share
2. Friendships that grow with years of shared activities
3. Sunshine and sinking. ...both do the heart good.
