Well, at least it provides a little shelter for any little birds which according to RSPB could suffer badly in this freezing weather. The only birds we've spotted in the last few days are a couple of pigeons who sit on the branches of the weeping beech at the bottom of the garden and a spotted woodpecker which we hadn't seen around for a while. It was having a feast at the bird feeder - no little birds in sight!
Three good things
1. It hasn't snowed so much today ....yet....
2. I had a very long sleep and feel much better today.
3. Allan cleared the drive of snow....roads to work not passable this morning!
Glad to say mum is doing okay so far, phoning all her friends and family to make sure they are okay 😃😃
