While I'm in the mood .....making the most of a cold day with occasional sleet /snow showers. Not enjoying the chill at all ....I think the spring holidays in Kiev when the family were there were rather special and we got used to warm sunny spring holidays. It's 19 in Kiev today.......4° here 😥

1. Finding items I'd forgotten about in drawer emptying....
2. The charity shop pile is growing

But when I find myself dumping things or leaving them lying around I like to sort myself out!!! I find that folding, and then rolling, and 'standing them up' in baskets in drawers is much better than just putting them in drawers!! This picture is actually rotated 90degrees (not sure why!) but the baskets sit nicely in the drawers and I know where things go, so it's easier to put them in the right place when the washing comes upstairs!!

I didn't realise this was a drawer! I like to roll things when packing so I think this would work well. Are they any old baskets, you would have to pick the right size for your drawer!
@happypat as long as the baskets are the right depth for the drawer they are fine and I fill any space behind the baskets with things I don't need so often.
