So... I had to wear my new earrings from Susannah today and my scarf (Christmas from Allan) and my favourite coat (from 2 birthdays ago)..............and they all match my eyes pretty well!!!
Had a lovely day! Lots of interruptions to my online classroom stuff but I didn't mind a bit and I had done lots of extra hours yesterday!
Flowers and cards and people dropping by just to say Happy BIrthday face to face.
Plan A was to go north to Nairn for our annual treat, and a haircut in Inverness, but ......how long is my hair going to be by the time we can get out and about again?
Three good things
1. Flowers in every room
2. Lovely steak with mushroom sauce from an old favourite recipe book, cooked by Allan.
3. Zoom chat with J&S and later with sister Kate.
Looks like you had a fabulous birthday Sallie. Your earrings look beautiful & all your matching blues! You look lovely! Your flowers are just amazing, love them all & the letter box ones amazed me when I got a bunch...I thought the were nearly dead but they lasted ages. A drink of water & they blossom!
