It was damp this morning when I was out for my 'papershop jog' but this was the view at the top of the hill on my way home yesterday. The sunlight was so lovely and I did enjoy being out in it! This morning I went anyway! It's good to create a rhythm of well-being when possible.
It's amazing how the walk to and from school and all the coming and going with the children adds to my step count without thinking about it!! 14569!!!
Three good things
1. Lovely drawing and writing this morning.
2. A chocolate treat from the papershop on my way home from school!
3. Pilates class online....
I'm really not sure if it's a positive experience but probably better than opting out. I hope real classes before too long .
