They were everywhere - just the right season for them and so many other awesome flowers at the garden. We had a chat with the lovely head gardener and he gave us a couple of plants that he had in his nursery section.
Just thinking of the time we spent there makes me smile.
Three good things
1. Single figures.....4 days until daughter Laura's baby arrives; and 9 more days at school for me.
2. A garden visit to our local Community Garden with the Year 2 children. It was a lovely walk and they all enjoyed the afternoon.
3. Tidy up in the garden...our patio was a bit of a 'bourach' as my mum would have said. Now pots in the garden shed and all the debris in the dustbin which goes out tomorrow morning.
Ooh you’re all matching! Lovely photo of you among the poppies! Hope Laura & Ian very soon have a beautiful bouncing baby! You will be thinking about her so much!
@happypat perfect background for such a blue lover!! You're so right....can't get Laura out of my head. Hopefully a breakfast chat tomorrow. And of course the time gap is confusing as far as dates go!!!
Thank you for your lovely comments. The blue poppies were delightful. Must try and source some myself.
