Back to the garden that we visited....this was so delicious! A very light sponge with a layer of raspberry jam, lightly whipped cream, and poached pears in the centre. And china teacups and saucers.....such a pleasant change from the cardboard ones in use due to Covid!
Three good things
1. Strawberries from the local farm shop.
2. Fun and chat with colleagues - I am going to miss them.
3. The zoom catchup with siblings....it's so good to chat.
