Some weeks ago I shared elements of this project. The Book is over a thousand years old with little symbolic characters and text - Ancient Gaelic words and phrases written in margins.
This week the six panels stitched following features of the book were on display in Inverurie library so we had a lovely visit. It's been so well coordinated.
Three good things
1. My new coat is very warm....and long, with a fleecy lining.. .. perfect for the chill.
2. We found an antique and wood workshop who can create wooden base for dining room chair..... and will do all six once the size is confirmed.
3. Sewing machine busy and quite a productive evening.
