Work has been a bit odd this year having had some time out this term. But since I returned a few weeks ago I've been working with some lads I had taught a few years ago. It was interesting to see how much they had developed and changed in four years.
I certainly didn't expect any gifts! Kindly delivered by one of the classroom assistants this afternoon (I was off today!) was a pretty parcel from the biggest rogue of them all! But as I had taught his brother too his mum knew who I was.
Nice to be appreciated!
I hope they all do ok as they move on to Meldrum Academy where they will be for the next 4-6 years.
It won't be easy!
