Yesterday I made some cookies - Pat's recipe - and they are so good! It's good I'm not at home or they would be a good reason for several tea breaks and I've had too many weeks of these already!!

Oh they look so delicious. I could eat one now! I have to admit that I found a packet of all butter ginger biscuits at the back of the cupboard today and have made quite a dent in them already!
Never the same twice running Sallie, these look more like Lydias when she makes them, love the cracks in the top. I think sometimes it depends how big your tablespoon of syrup is ...mine are too syrupy many a time & go flat.
