We had a staff development meeting at the end of the day.......reading, discussing and presenting which actually was quite useful! Colleagues in other groups had used Venn Diagrams but I found an umbrella image came to mind and so we just did what we did without realising how unique we were!!
And then to revisit and remember I created a new image from the felt pen one ......so I think I've got it now!!!
